A collaborative design partnership between Schmidt Homes and CS Studio Architecture, this custom home is an example of how we can successfully design & build any style of home. Drawing on modern and contemporary themes, the use of light and clean geometry was paramount in this design. A combination of composite siding, cedar siding, and brick helped define and separate the main massing on the exterior. The simplicity of the natural hickory floors and white walls create a gallery-like environment for the homeowner’s art collection, while the black-framed windows showcase the abundant views.
