Historic Archer House: In addition to remodeling the public spaces and many of the rooms on the second and third floors, we are currently in the process of transforming the 4th floor from a storage attic into a king-sized suite and two additional guest rooms. Check our blog for updates on this exciting project!
2nd St. Kitchen Remodel: This charming Northfield home was in desperate need of an updated kitchen. We knocked out walls, added larger passageways, added a laundry space in the enlarged mudroom. We installed all new cabinetry, appliances, hardwood floors, recessed lighting and under-cabinet lighting. What a transformation!
2nd St. W. Kitchen Remodel: Close to St. Olaf and Way Park, this Northfield home’s kitchen had been remodeled in the 1980′s and was lacking the character that the rest of the home had. We removed an entire wall, exposing an existing brick chimney, and connected a previously seldom-used sitting room to the updated kitchen. The new solid-wood cherry cabinets are truly stunning!
Sumner Street Kitchen and Garage Remodel + New Garage: This was a fairly extensive project; building a new garage, transforming the old garage into a much-needed dining room, and complete kitchen remodel. We were also able to incorporate a rear entry/mudroom and a laundry space for the main level.
