When you think you’re ready to start a remodeling project the steps below is one of many paths that we can take with you to help make the project go smoothly. We are here to assist you with every step in the project — in finalizing the plans, making suggestions, ordering materials, setting up the schedule. Through the entire process we will keep you informed of our progress and what you can expect from us.
- Set up an appointment by phone or filling out a remodeling request form with one of our project managers to start the conversation about your project. We will give you feedback and suggestions to tailor the project to meet your needs and budget.
- With our discussions in mind we will create a preliminary estimate of what the project will cost and all the tasks that will be completed.
- Once a budget is set we can start with final plans for your project and finalize your contract and cost. We don’t like surprises at the end so we want to be as through as possible before we bring a hammer to your home.
- The Schmidt Design Team will help you navigate through your selections and finishes. In the mean time your project manager will get a permit and start construction on your project!
